The Central Market Apartment offers a true Khmer living experience in a modern, fully equipped private-owned home. The balcony offers comfort with views of Central Market and colorful local business. Many excellent local restaurants and café (Cyclo, Noir, Brown) are within 3min walk. Bayon Market is ultra-modern 10-min away on foot. On the southside of Central Market is a modern Sorya Center Point Mall that offers a modern Lucky grocery store, cafes, gym, cinema among others. The space The apartment includes one bedroom, a large living room, a small kitchen, and a balcony. Only the bedroom is equipped with an A/C. There is a ceiling fan and a stand fan in the living room. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor accessible via a shared staircase inside the building. The first part of the staircase from the ground floor is a bit small. It can be accessed 24/7. Other things to note 1) Only the bedroom is air conditioned. The rest of the apartment is provided with a ceiling fan and a stand fan. 2) This is a home, not a hotel. I will do my best to show our Khmer hospitality. 3) All the bedding materials, including the comforter are washed between guests. 4) Address in Cambodia can be tricky most of the time. If you try to search our address it may not show up. However you can search for Central Market Apartment on G-oogle 5) The apartment is part of an older building. There is no central management so each owner does what they can to keep it up. The hallway and the stairs is old. Littering is still common in public spaces. It is still a part of life here in Cambodia. The host does his best to keep the public spaces as clean as possible.
