The space This studio offers at your disposal a living room with two double beds (140 x 190) to welcome you with family or friends, free WiFi !! The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a ceramic vitro hob 2 burners, a microwave oven, a Senseo coffee maker, an electric kettle, wine glasses all the necessary utensils. Bathroom with Italian shower, equipped with a thermostatic mixer, sink on furniture, toilet, 200 liters electric water heater. The hair dryer and iron are at your service. All linens as well as basic consumables are provided upon arrival: toilet paper, liquid soap, etc . Guest access This studio is at your disposal! Your check-in and check-out are autonomous and I will be at your disposal by phone at any time. Other things to note This accommodation is completely non-smoking, we ask our guests to smoke only outside. Pets are welcome, subject to an additional charge of €15 for full cleaning, provided they are clean and do not damage the furniture. Please advise us if you would like to bring an animal.
