Sea Pod Gerroa - Spa Getaway

Kick back and enjoy the Gerroa vibe. Sea Pod is the ideal retreat for families, lovers and groups of friends. We love to share this piece of paradise with you though please remember that this is our home and not a hotel. We trust that you will respect the space and leave it as it was found. Strictly Zero Tolerance: No parties or noise after 9:30 PM, especially in the spa. Sea Pod is surrounded by permanent residences. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund. No exceptions. The space Situated on stunning Black head reserve, this newly renovated double storey home has ocean views from both the front and back of the house. Enjoy views of the sun rising from the ocean and setting behind the mountain. Catch the waves from meters outside the front or back door or for escaping the routine, reconnecting with the beauty of nature or to enjoy the beach lifestyle. Sea Pod can accommodate 8-10 people comfortably. Strictly No Parties. Permanent residents surround Sea Pod and the noise curfew is 9pm. Nbn internet access- being on a coastal headland, signal issues may occur and are usually resolved by rebooting the modem. Note: please DO NOT rely on a perfect connection as this is beyond our control. Guest access We have tried to include everything that you might need to make your holiday comfortable and homely. The kitchen is equipped to compliment your feastly meals and includes a coffee machine, air fryer, electric fry pan, slow cooker, blender, nutra bullet and the list goes on! All water throughout the house is filtered. The dining table seats 6- 8 comfortably and the living area opens out to a balcony of sea breeze. The rooms are simple yet comfortable. All bedrooms include linen and towels. The main bedroom includes a kingbed, ensuite and lovely views. The second room has a queen bed and an inbuilt cupboard and the third room opens out to the deck and has a queen bed with ocean views. The downstairs area has a king bed, a bathroom and kitchenette. The upstairs bathroom is roomy and full of light. All three bathrooms are made from European stone. The upstairs bathrooms have heated towel racks and heated flooring for those chilly south coast days. Sea Pod is fully Air Conditioned and will keep you cool through the hot summer and warm through the winter. There are 15 stairs between the top and lower part of the house. For hygiene reasons we do not provide high chairs, cots or play cots. A bbq with gas bottle is provided for your stay. There is no acess to a garage. And enjoy a 2m x 2m spa to top off your dream getaway. Wifi access will compliment your stay though can often be interrupted, not working or slow due to weather or network issues. Please bring your Netflix log in if you’d like movies on demand. Please remember to bring your own beach towels and please, no spray tans! If a sheets and/or furniture becomes damaged this will be at the guests expense. Enjoy the seven miles of stunning coastline, and the local 'Blue Swimmer' café just a short walk away. P.s There is no need to make the bed before leaving as the cleaners will be stripping and remaking the beds with sun washed linen. Other things to note Just a 2-hour drive from Sydney CBD and approx. 3 and a half hours from Canberra Gerroa has remained non-commercial and it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind offering a variety of activities to everyone’s needs; - a short walk to seven mile beach - windsurf the waves, surf or take a surf lesson, on Seven Mile Beach - go swimming, fishing, prawning paddle in the waters of the Crooked River - catch a whiting, bream or flathead from the beach - wander the rock platforms or snorkel the rock pools - Play golf at the Gerringong Golf Course that overlooks Walker's Beach - enjoy the spectacular coastal walk from Gerringong to Kiama.
