My apartment is also close to the Business and Industrial Parks of northeast Singapore making it ideal for business travellers as well. The space Designed with business executives and bigger families in mind, our three-bedroom apartments come fully furnished with all the things you need for a comfortable, local living experience in the heartlands of Singapore. We do not have non-smoking rooms. Lift upgrading works is ongoing currently. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, property facilities and the following will be provided: • TV with cable channels • High speed wireless internet • Fully equipped kitchen • Apartment is professionally cleaned after each guest • Housekeeping is provided 3 times per week except Sundays & Public Holidays • Baby crib and highchair available upon request • Free onsite parking (valid only if IU number and carplate provided 1 week prior). • 24-hour security Other things to note • 24-Hour hassle-free check in • Key collection from Management Office • Please note that cooking ingredients and condiments are not provided • Passports and IDs are required upon check-in for verification • One complimentary parking lot allowed.
