Your suite has vigas, wood floors & is lined with books. The bedroom is cozy & comfortable while the bath & kitchenette are modern & well-equipped. A private patio is yours to enjoy. Nap in the hammock or dine under the pergola. Only 15-20minutes to downtown. No cleaning chores at check out. STRO-40046 ex12/31/23 The space Casita Encantado's private entrance is reached through a tree canopied garden. The main room is charming, full of natural light, reclining armchairs and treasure filled bookshelves. Both ambiance and good reading light are provided, along with USB ports and cable TV. Use the drop-leaf table for dining or office work. The memory foam queen size bed looks out the wall of windows into the enchanting garden. There, enjoy use of lounge chairs, dining pergola, private patio, and hammock under the trees. The kitchenette, bath, and laundry share a large, light-filled space. The kitchenette has a stove with oven, microwave, cartridge style coffee maker, mini refrigerator/freezer, toaster, slow cooker, and complete dinnerware. Help yourself to our homemade cranberry almond granola. The bath includes spa supplies and plush towels. A single unit washer/dryer is available for guests use. Guest access Park to the right of garage. Follow path just as you get out of your car (look for path lights), go through red gate. Keys are in the lock box inside gate on gate post. Follow path around corner of house (look for path lights). The door is then on your left. It is a sliding glass door. Light switches are on wall to the left upon entering. Other things to note The fireplace is inoperable. Candles are for decorative purposes only. No smoking or vaping on the premises both inside and out. As a courtesy to future guests, essential oil diffusers are not allowed. Please close windows if you are going out as weather can change rapidly. The lower patio with its pergola eating area, hammock and lounge chairs are for your enjoyment. We are on a septic system. Only toilet paper can be flushed. HOA amenities at the community center are for residents only. And finally, friends can visit but no parties please.
