Our clean & cozy condo is perfect for both solo travelers and couples ready to relax/explore all that Newport has to offer! The space ***This is a shared space. Please note this is not a private hotel room/condo. The bedroom and the living room have air conditioning, televisions equipped with HBO, Netflix, DirecTV Now, Showtime and Hulu. The guest room has a queen size memory foam Serta bed, and a built in desk perfect for working or as a vanity! Kitchen is fully equipped! The porch is a wonderful place to catch some shade and a nice breeze! Dinner table, beautiful built in bench and nicely lit! Your bedroom boasts a private kitchenette! Enjoy a refrigeration, microwave and coffee machine right in your room!!! Who doesn’t love left overs just an arms reach away not to mention cold beers at night and colder Gatorade in the morning! Coffee will be provided as well for those looking for a pick me up before getting out of bed!!!!! Guest access We have one off street parking spot which is so rare on the Island and it’s all yours should you want it. Please let us know if you would like to reserve this spot for a nominal 24 hour fee! Car will be right in front of your bedroom window for convenience! Once you park, you can walk everywhere from our place! Guest will have full access to our kitchen, laundry, living room and beautiful outdoor space. This is priced for a solo traveler but we can accommodate two. Second guest will be $35 a night. We will be available via text and phone while you are here on the island! Other things to note Ideal location and spot for solo travelers and couples! I am very easy going, friendly & normally out and about. I love traveling the world, love hosting, and love this island especially spring-fall ;) I Enjoy meeting new people but 100 % respect everyones privacy as well. (Please note, It’s not uncommon, especially in the summer, for a friend or brother to pop by here and there to say hello outside on the deck.) I’ve had many guests (new friends) who have spent hours hanging out, some I’ve never seen at all but texted and talked on the phone with during their stay! ! I’m always available regardless your interaction preference!!! ;) Much like having a roommate feel free to socialize or ofcourse do your own thing if you prefer it :) sometimes we are binging on Netflix in our bedroom 😴 Either way we are happy to be hosting you!!!
