Our cozy apartments are located in a classic Viennese old building in the 2nd district right next to beautiful Augarten and very close to the 1st district, the Prater and Donauinsel. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished to make you feel at home. The space The apartments are located on the 1st and 3rd floor in a renovated old building without an elevator. The apartments are identical approx. 64 m2 in size and offer an anteroom with separate toilet and bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with access to a double bed bedrooms with bathroom with bathtub and a second small double bed bedroom. Behind insulated windows, underfloor heating, air conditioning, a modern equipped kitchen, newly tiled bathrooms and many beautiful, new furniture hides an old building apartment that feels its charm. Please note that the crib is not a permanently installed piece of furniture and must be requested prior to arrival. It will be provided based on availability. Apartment category includes several units that may differ in details and location in the house. The apartment is allocated based on availability – however, we will gladly endeavor to allocate the preferred apartment type if available, provided we are notified in good time. Guest access We ask for contactless and independent check-in with the support of electronic locks. You will have access to our guest portal and your check-in instructions including access codes after completing online check-in. Other things to note The apartments are equipped with fresh linens, towels, shampoo and soap for your comfort. There are also a few Nespresso coffee capsules and tea as a welcome drink in the kitchen for you. Guests with long stays will be provided with the necessary amenities when asked. Please note that air conditioning is only in operation in summer from mid-June to August. Please note that the kitchen has cooking utensils no salt, pepper or oil is provided. Please note that additional requests such as an early check-in, a late check-out or the provision of a baby bed are only possible upon availability and are associated with additional costs. The booking and payment of these services is via our guest platform. Temporary note on renovations Please note that renovations are currently taking place in two residential units of the building (1st and 3rd floor). As this is a residential building, such work is unfortunately outside our direct sphere of influence. All executing companies have a duty to comply with the applicable quiet hours as well as the house rules. Nevertheless, there may be occasional noise during the day during the usual working hours. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
