Our house is located surrounded by meadows, fields and beautiful, old Tyrolean farms, in a wonderfully quiet panoramic location, on the sunny side of Alpbach, within walking distance of the town center and is ideal for hikers, athletes, families, connoisseurs. The beautiful garden with fantastic views of the Tyrolean mountains inspires; Children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing, guest herb garden. Center/shops/restaurants can be reached in 5 min. The space approx. 61 m²; for 2 – 4 people; one double bedroom and one bedroom with two separate beds. Spacious kitchen and living room with generous dining table, cozy seating, flat-screen TV and satellite TV, DVD player, radio, large game collection. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove/oven with ceramic stovetop. Other kitchen equipment: coffee maker, coffee filter, kettle, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, salt, pepper, sugar, dish towels, tabs for dishwasher, dishwashing liquid, Wettex. Bathroom with rain shower, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, towels, soap dispenser. South terrace/garden. The kitchen and living room as well as both bedrooms have access to the south terrace/garden. We are happy to provide for our youngest guests free of charge: crib with duvet, high chair, changing mat. Guest access Children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing, private guest herb garden Other things to note Depending on the season, you get many inclusive services for free; in winter: e.g. free sled rental, in summer: e.g. Alpbacher cable cars, admission to the courtyard museum, to various lakes, etc. The tourist tax of €3.50/night/person (over 15 years old) is collected in cash on site. Minimum stay 4-7 nights,partly only possible from Saturday to Saturday
