It is close enough to all the beautiful sites of Montenegro and places to go out, yet far enough for some serious relaxation. Swimming pool is seen through the window of the flat and sea side is just few steps away. A private pier is available for guests to use for sea swimming, sun lounging, kayaking. In the same complex, there is hard to resist restaurant that serves Mediterranean cuisine with a local twist and a cafe bar where you can order all kinds of coffees, drinks, cocktails. It is possible to arrange meals cooked especially for you. There is a small shop with some basic necessities 5 minutes walk away; more supermarkets, shopping center and an authentic local market are all within 10 minutes drive. Old city of Kotor, a Unesco World Heritage site, is 10 minutes by car or within 40 minutes walk by the sea, with many cafes and restaurants along the way. This road is also ideal for running, skating, walking or riding a bicycle. A 10 minutes drive to the Kotor Center by taxi is about 8-10 EUR. Tivat airport and PortoMontenegro development is 16km away by car or around 15 minutes by boat. Budva too is around 27km away by car. Dubrovnik airport is about 2 hours drive.
