Our duplex house is ideal for multiple families or for multiple friends. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a charcoal barbecue and a beautiful large garden to enjoy your relaxing aperitifs. Close to the Gulf of Reginu. Free "Balanina" bus to Ile-Rousse. Shops 800 m away. The space My accommodation is about 115 m2 with a small garage space where you will find a washing machine. The space is equipped with a WIFI connection and you will find the code displayed above the TV. Each bedroom has a TV. We have a beautiful and long garden with 3 possible dining areas and some lounge chairs to relax in. On the terrace we have a charcoal barbecue as well as a plancha. Remember to buy charcoal. There is a common swimming pool in the residence 300 m from our house (opening hours from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.) and access to Lozari beach is a 5-minute walk from our house by crossing the road at the bottom. You will find a small Spar supermarket 700 m from our house, as well as a tobacco-press, bakery, clothing store and some other shops, such as hairdresser, florist etc. Next to the Spar supermarket you will find a square with a brewery "A Piazzetta", a pizzeria "Pizza Livia", an ice cream parlor and a tapas wine bar the "Vin226".
