Anyone who will step through the door of the apartment must provide an identity document or passport with a Turkish ID number to be registered before the apartment is delivered. After the apartment is delivered, it is mandatory to inform and register the persons to be added to the list of those who will use the apartment. Reasons such as not staying overnight, only using the bathroom, changing clothes, or resting for a very short time are not accepted. Since people who have not yet reached the age of 18 are legally considered children, they cannot be guests in the apartments we rent without their 1st or 2nd degree relatives. There will be no flexibility in this regard. Being over 18 years of age is not enough. Persons who are at least 18 years of age or older are considered to be of legal age. Providing misleading information on these issues or creating a de facto situation without providing information will result in the apartment not being delivered without any refund, and if it has been delivered, the apartment will be vacated immediately! Pets are not allowed. Groups consisting only of men, people carrying weapons regardless of their title, police, guards, imams, muftis, union bosses, mafia members, those who end every sentence with "understood?", those who are unable to communicate in writing; ignorant people, bigots, those who are out of their league, conservative/outdated people are not accepted in our home. They have no place to sleep under our roof! All children, regardless of age, are subject to the same fee as adults. We absolutely do not allow fighting in our building.
