The flat is situated in a quite & private contest and is one of 3 flats of a big Villa inside a large garden with fruit trees. The Villa is 200mt far from a private beach reserved for few houses. The flat is a garden apartment opening on a fresh "patio" where you can have lunch and relax. There is also a large living room with a kitchen and a romantic fireplace, 2 rooms (1 for babies with 3 beds and one double bedroom) and a brigh bathroom with shower stall and a washing machine. Outside a barbecue is available. There is a little drugstore near the village where you can buy sardinian delicatessen and a lot of supermarkets are available nearby. This solution is perfect for families that want tranquillity and nice sardinian sea. Car is necessary to move and visit wonderful places on the coast.
