Beautiful Contemporary Cellar – A Unique Place

Enter this home renovated by an architect and find a contemporary layout that is both refined and comfortable. Stones, exposed beams, raw and natural materials, workshop partitions, this family vacation home is extremely bright. Built in 1914, this former winery has vinified hectoliters of wine in its vats for 100 years. You will enjoy the barbecue, the private pool with its wooded park overlooking the wheat fields in the heart of GERS The space Steeped in history, this unique place exudes energy thanks to the added touches of modernity. There is a large play area around the house to set up badminton, play soccer etc. A ping-pong table is also at your disposal, as well as a space for pétanque. The house has been renovated with the utmost care for your comfort. The floor of the common areas is white concrete with underfloor heating. The air-conditioned bedrooms and the upstairs living room have been fitted with beautiful wool carpet. We therefore thank you for taking off your shoes inside the house and taking the utmost care of your vacation spot. Music must be controlled to respect the neighborhood. No smoking inside. The cellar and pool are entirely private, there are no shared areas. The pool dimensions are 9 m x 4 m. It closes with a floor curtain for child safety. As a reminder, for your comfort, bed and bath linens are provided. The final cleaning service is provided for your stay, but the cellar must be tidied up, the garbage cans removed and the dishes clean and in place in the kitchen. We appreciate your understanding. When you leave, the kitchen must be tidied, the dishes returned clean to the cupboards, and the outdoor barbecue must be cleaned.
