To surf or spend a day on 3 miles of sand Perranporth is less than 10 minute drive. Our home is cosy, comfortable, adaptable and central location The space Dog friendly home on a quiet small holiday park with disabled parking and a downstairs en suite makes this an ideal base to explore Cornwall. This accommodation would suit a group of friends or extended families or couples as is so versatile. An outdoor bench and plenty of green space to enjoy summer evenings with a patio bench and barbecue . A large rustic table with amble seating, smart tv, comfy large sofa, large comfy chair, kitchen with breakfast bar, fully stocked cupboards with plates, glasses utensils, pots and pans, fridge freezer,plenty of work top and cupboard space with a microwave. The downstairs double bedroom is en suite making it easily accessible, 2 upstairs large double bedrooms with room for provided travel cot if needed. The front upstairs bed is king or twin or king with single bed, comfortable chair and tv making it a great extra space. All bedrooms have plenty of storage and the bathroom has a bath with electric shower. The whole house has a cosy coastal feel with far reaching views to the countryside makes this a home from home. The use of park facilities and WiFi is an added bonus. Guest access Whole house, near south west coast path, walk to local cove or take the coast path to St Agnes or Perranporth beaches. Close to circular countryside walks taking in village pubs and cafes. Plenty of parking on site with disabled parking outside house. Bus stop at the end of road with good links to all Cornwall has to offer. Will take long or short 1 night stays subject to availability. Other things to note One night, special offers and long stays available contact host. Use of all park facilities March to October pass can be purchased direct from reception. Dogs welcome there is an extra charge of 50 pounds, this is a cleaning charge. Please contact host direct for short term dog charge. Early check in or Late check out can be organised through host. Host available to suggest activities, places to eat etc and give local knowledge.
