2020 Kentucky Derby House - Peaceful surroundings

We are renting out for the 2020 Kentucky Derby. Great location in East end of town with lots of shopping and other activities, yet still in a quiet and peaceful environment. You will have 3,000 sq feet to stretch out and relax. Deck, gas grill, Wii, Air Hockey, Pop a Shot, and much more. The space Renting for Kentucky Derby. Flexible on starting/ending dates and check in/out times, but 2 night minimum stay is required. We want you to have a good time while in town and if we know in advance we can grocery shop (just will charge for actual cost of food), recommend places to eat/things to do, etc. Guest access Access to full house, fenced backyard, basement, fire pit with firewood provided, the deck will have the covered screened in area open by check in (all new ceiling and bug netting), gas grill on deck, 2 car garage, on street parking, air hockey table and Pop a Shot in basement, WiFi.
