My home is centrally located in Pune , with easy access to any part of Pune. The Mumbai - Pune Highway is only 50 meters away. Major Business houses like Bajaj Planet/ IT Tower( Next Door), Vodafone, Thermax, Colleges are all on near vicinity. Though the property is in the commercial hub, but still has its privacy as its inside a gated community. Eating joints are near by, Call Taxi services like UBER/OLA, are generally one to two minutes away. Shivaji Nagar Station is at a walking distance. The space The rooms are fitted with AC. Guests are free to use Kitchen. A LPG Gas stove with utensils / cutlery is provided. Coffee / Tea / Milk / Sugar is available for guests to prepare whatever refreshing drink they like to make. Guests have free access to Living Room and Balcony. There is a free daily house keeping arrangement. Free Wifi is accessible in all areas. Aqua Guard fitted in Kitchen provides clean drinking water. A Fully Automatic Washing Machine is provided for the guests. Clothes can be dried in the balcony using an easy dry arrangement. An Electric Iron is also provided with ironing board. Mosquito bats provided to handle any uninvited guests. Guest access 1-Though the Apartment has 2 Bedrooms & one living room but to get entire apartment,the guest has to book for 4 guests. 2-If only 1 or 2 guests are coming, then only 1 room will be allotted & the common areas like living room,Kitchen etc will be shared, under a situation whereby another guest also books the 2nd room, at the same time in the apartment. If you are lucky & no guests books the 2nd room then the entire apartment will be at your disposal. 3-The bookings have to be as per the number of guests staying at the apartment & you will have to feed in the actual number of guests planned for the stay. Generally when big families or large groups come then entire apartment is booked. But if smaller families/groups are looking for complete privacy and wanting the entire apartment, they can also do so, by booking minimum 4 guests. During your stay Host Mr Santosh is always available if guest need any help. Other things to note Please treat the apartment like it is your own.
