The space Inside Villa: This is a very spacious villa good for 5 people. There are no stairs. A large garden table with 6 chairs and a barbeque is provided. In case you rent a car, there is plenty of parking available right in front of the villa and it is free. Neighborhood: Our quiet neighborhood is a peaceful oasis from the bustle of the town. Everyone respects your privacy. Why you should choose us? Location, hygiene, and hospitality. You can find places with better locations in Bodrum. But hospitality is something that I'm proud of as a host. As I'm a local I like to share information with my guests as long as they need. My guests can reach me anytime by knocking on my door, giving me a shout, phone or Whatsup. The compound has a shared swimming pool. Property management takes care of maintenance and cleaning of the pool. Sunbeds and shades are available all the time. It is open from 7 am till 7 pm. Guest access I'll likely greet you and check in on you occasionally to make sure you have everything you need. You can always knock on our door for anything - even to chat. Otherwise, you may not see me much as I tend to give our guests privacy.
