There is an external utility room to the rear of the house which contains a washer & dryer plus a separate sink for clothes washing. 2 of the bedrooms are large doubles with king size beds. The third bedroom is smaller, with a single bed. The 4th bedroom is downstairs and contains a double bed. To the front and rear of the house are two large gardens, the rear being fully enclosed and suitable for children. Additionally to the rear of the house is an enclosed, sheltered terrace area which is ideal for BBQ's weather permitting. Patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ are provided. The house has off-street parking for 4 cars. There is also free wireless internet, a games console with games, a blueray player and selection of DVDs, and library of books to keep everyone entertained no matter the weather.
