Small country accommodation with garden

Small but cozy, comfortable and characteristic apartment ideal for two people located on the edge of the village overlooking the countryside. The grassy garden is for exclusive use and is completely fenced. The area is quiet but remains central and accessible. Strategic location with respect to points of interest. It is the ideal accommodation in all seasons for a quiet, pleasant and relaxing stay, immersing yourself in the authenticity of the place and exploring the surrounding nature... The space The property is located on the ground floor of a two-story building on the edge of the building in the hamlet of Villes Dessous (800 meters above sea level) in the municipality of Introd at the foot of the valleys of Gran Paradiso and includes the accommodation of about 30 square meters and an attached terrace and garden (exclusive use, completely fenced). It is accessible on foot from the small street that crosses the village to the north while to the south is the garden and the countryside. From the apartment you can access the country streets and take nice walks in the middle of the fields, orchards and animals. There are two possible parking lots both free and nearby. The place was internally renovated in the spring of 2021. The rustic/modern decor has been handcrafted mainly from walnut and local larch wood. The bedroom with a double bed is equipped with a smart TV (32") connected to the WIFI. There are shelves and hangers to store clothes. The small bathroom consists of a niche shower (2 seats, shampoo and shower in shared format provided) stone sink with attached mirror (hair dryer and liquid soap provided) and toilet with toilet shower. The living/kitchen area consists of the walnut wood kitchen equipped with 2 induction plates, kettle, microwave, fridge, pots, plates, glasses,mocha,cutlery and everything you need. You'll find oil, vinegar, salt ,pepper, sugar, and coffee for short stays. In front is the dining table. At the end of the room is the corner couch and the 43-inch smart TV. Near the window is the pellet stove (easy to use and safe). As for safety, in addition to the first aid kit, there is a monoxide detector and a smoke detector with an alarm. On the outside we find the terrace equipped with a table and chairs, an antique wooden drawer containing the cleaning tools and products and the recycling containers. In the small grassy garden there are two deck chairs for sunbathing in the summer as well as a table, two wooden benches, and a barbecue for eating outside. Pets are accepted on condition that the following rules are respected: -They must not cause damage (if they are agitated, young, poorly educated or more than one, they may cause damage) - Don't let them get on the bed and sofa. If you know it won't be possible, bring something to protect them. (In addition to the fact that the sofa is not removable and could be damaged, the hairs are very insidious and give me a great deal of extra work both in cleaning and in washing and drying the linen provided. Any damage will be charged at the time of check-out. If you think you can follow these rules, your pets are more than welcome! Thank you. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the 30 sqm apartment on the ground floor (consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and living area/kitchen), the terrace and the garden. Upstairs is another rental unit. Free parking along the road 40 meters away or public parking 80 meters away. The area is quiet and safe. Other things to note To facilitate your arrival, I usually come to receive guests directly at the public parking lot or on the street. You are therefore kindly requested to communicate the approximate time of your arrival so that I can free myself from any commitments, accompany you to the apartment, complete the formalities and give you the keys. If you have preferences for check-in or check-out times other than those indicated, please let me know as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate you, technical times permitting (cleaning, maintenance, other guests).
