The property is located in the Le Forna area and consists of double rooms with a shared terrace furnished with tables, chairs and parasols from which you can enjoy the sea view. The rooms consist of a double room with a kitchenette and bathroom, ideal for 2 people. The accommodation can be reached by private vehicle, or by public transport from the port (Cuore di Gesù stop). The space LINEN RENTAL: Please note that linens are not included with the rental of the apartment. Linen rental is not mandatory as it is proposed as an additional service to the rental of the apartment. N.B. The property is rented without consumable products such as: detergents, personal hygiene products and condiments to be used in the kitchen. You are informed of the possibility of renting linens at the SoleMare Agency: • At the price of €30.00 for the double suit (COUPLES) and includes: o N° 2 sheets per double bed; o No. 2 pillowcases; o No.2 Face towels; o No. 2 shower towels; o No. 2 Bidet towels; o 1 shower mat. • At the price of €20.00 for the single set (FOR ONE PERSON ONLY) and includes: o 2 single bed sheets; o 1 pillowcase; o No. 1 Face towels; o No.1 Shower towels; o No.1 Bidet towels. N.B. At check-in, linens are delivered to the customer packed and sterilized. N.B. Only and exclusively with the rental of linens you will be offered N°1 BASIC WELCOME KIT with everything you need for your stay. The BASIC WELCOME KIT consists OF: 1. A sponge; 2. A sponge cloth; 3. A single-dose pack of dish soap; 4. A small bar of soap; 5. A garbage bag "already present in the apartment"; 6. A roll of toilet paper "already present in the apartment". Other things to note -CLAUSE- The agency may request (AT ITS DISCRETION) a deposit of €200.00 in addition to the agreed amount. The amount paid will be used to compensate for any damages and will be returned to the customers at the end of the stay if the property and its furnishings do not present any damages attributable to them.
