Welcome home! In Marennes, set back from the road, close to the city center, very close to bike paths, oyster farms, canals, shops, minutes from tourist sites but quiet, enjoy the sweetness, in an authentic village of oyster farmers. NB: the garden is not enclosed and the house is rented by families with children who frolic in the grass. For these reasons, we do not accept dogs (and potential droppings :/)... Sorry. The space You will have the entire accommodation which is a house. One part is occupied by the neighbor who will welcome you. You will occupy the other part which is not overlooked, with an unobstructed view of the meadows. The house consists of a 26 m2 ground floor open to a 300 m2 garden. Bathroom with bathtub, kitchenette (oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric plancha), sofa bed (2-seater sofa bed) and a space to eat. Upstairs, the mezzanine is open: 1 double bed, 1 single bed (+ 1 extra single mattress). Bring your bed sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase and bath towels Duvets without covers and pillows without covers on site. Guest access It is best to come by car even if access by public transport by bike or on foot is possible :) You can park in the garden, free of charge. Other things to note The land is set back from the road and the house is suitable for a family stay. The house is potentially accessible on the ground floor to wheelchairs but not specifically adapted.
