Quiet Country Cottage

English style home on 35 acres of magnificent oak trees. It's a spacious guest room and bathroom with its OWN entrance. It's a 6 minute drive to the village of Arroyo Grande and a 15-20 minute drive to San Luis Obispo. Close to beaches and restaurants. Horse boarding available for an additional fee. The space Our cottage is a separate unit with its own entrance. We are down a long driveway and it is very private. This is a very spacious guest room with a full bath. I have provided a coffee pot( complete with coffee), and a small refrigerator with drinks and snacks. It is also home to deer, fox, raccoons, bobcats, and occasionally a mountain lion. Don't worry you will be perfectly safe. We have hiking and horseback riding trails. Horse boarding available for an additional fee. We are close to the beach and you can actually ride your horse on the beach in our area. I do not personally offer any trail rides, but can give information of locals that offer rides. It is a very quiet, rural area but minutes to shopping, beach, movies, hiking & biking trails, fishing. Guest access You will enter the guest suite by walking by the Koi pond and thru the garden. The small yard is shared by my friendly dogs. Other things to note If you want the country experience or are traveling with your horses, you'll enjoy our home. Two night minimum stay, please.
