This is our main residential house that we rent occasionally, and exclusively for families. In Saint-Etienne de Montluc, between Nantes and the Atlantic coast. Quiet and enclosed garden. Ideal house with kids. Close to all shops. Walking and cycling, in the immediate vicinity of the house or a few km by car. Ideal location to travel between Nantes, the banks of the Loire, the estuary and the ocean (La Baule, Le Croisic, Guérande, Pornic). The space House of 145 m2. Large rooms, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, veranda with desk, 4 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bathtub). 2 spaces/game rooms for children (ground floor and upper floor). Enclosed garden (200 m2) with lawn, terrace and SPA. Barbecue. Large basement that contains the laundry room, and that can accommodate your bikes. Guest access Access to the whole house, except our office which will be closed. That is 160 m2 - 15 m2 = 145 m2 of living space. Other things to note Very important: As this is our main residence that we rent, there are our clothes and other things in the cupboards, shelves, etc... We make sure to leave room in the bedrooms and bathrooms for guests' belongings, and we free up almost all the shelves of the fridge and freezer, etc. Also, we regularly carry out work, change furniture, reorganize the house...
