Located on a residential street with plenty of free on-street parking, you will have a dedicated spot directly in front of the main house. The guest house is nestled in the back corner of a large lot with great privacy and a burgeoning garden for you to enjoy. The main living area has lots of windows & skylights and consists of a very well-equipped kitchen, a sit-up island for dining, a nice array of books & puzzles to enjoy, and comfortable couch & loveseat for lounging. The TV is Roku-enabled, so you can access all of your subscription streaming services just like home. The bedroom boasts a locally made memory, hypoallergenic, foam mattress from Stumptown Mattress (purchased new for the cottage in late 2019), two dressers, extra pillows, a large closet, bedside USB chargers, and a desk. The spacious, full bathroom includes a deep tub/shower with safety bar, loads of cupboard space, and good lighting. Bathroom essentials and niceties will always be stocked. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board (soap, bleach, etc will always be stocked). Your own patio is a lovely space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or your evening glass of wine while watching the hummingbirds visit the garden.
