Finger Lakes Farmhouse Retreat with Pizza Oven

1830 Farm House in the beautiful Finger Lakes countryside perfect for couples, families, friends and peace seekers with easy access to Keuka Lake, wineries, breweries, antique shops, Fun Park and much more. Relax in our flower garden, sauna, soak in a clawfoot tub or try out our outdoor Italian pizza oven or huge walk in shower. Located just two miles from the town of Prattsburgh, where you can access a small grocery, a cafe, and farm store. The space Our home is completely renovated while maintaining old charm with beautiful original hardwood floors and exposed beams. Our spacious and sunny two story home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room, deck and covered porch. We also have an infrared sauna, extra large walk in shower, an outdoor pizza oven and fire pit, a gas grill plus board games, books, bocce balls a guitar and an out of tune piano... We can sleep 8 in the house. We have 3 bedroom 2 sofas and an air mattress for one. You have the entire house/property all for you. Note that you'll find our personal stuff around, as we live in the house part of the year. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need because we cook a lot. Feel free to use our spices and teas and pick herbs in our garden. Note that WE DON'T HAVE A TV but we do have fiber optic internet. We also don't have AC. The hot days are not many up on our hill. Remember that our house was built between 1830-1870 and creatures can get in as it is not completely sealed. If you can't cope with occasional mouse presence and some house flies in the fall/spring you probably shouldn't choose our house. Guest access You have access to the entire home except the attic. The basement can be accessed only if you need to use the washing machine ( for longer stays 4 days or more ) Other things to note WE DON'T HAVE A TV, and WE DON"T HAVE A/C. There are fans in every room. We do have fiber optic internet. We occasionally have mice, and we set snap traps under the kitchen counters. If you notice a caught mouse please call me or email me and I'll take care of it. We also have some occasional house flies in the fall/spring that like to enter the house. Try not to keep doors open or use one of the screens if you want to open a window.
