This flat is among several, identical in furniture, standard, and design. The building was built for the purposes of rent. The entire building is managed by a small attentive and welcoming team (including an inhouse janitor). Because it is built, furnished and managed for that purpose, you can safely expect convenience, comfort, cleanness, maintenance, assistance and security (our customer reviews may testify). The space The flat is equipped with an inverter AC in each of its rooms, electric window shutters and double-glazed windows. The beds are of comfortable matrasses and of good thread count white beddings. Comfortable seating from IKEA’s EKTROP collection. The coffee table is big, durable and its top is water and heat resistant (upon which hot items like pans can be safely placed). An LCD screen is available together with a satellite receiver for your entertainment. Fiber WIFI is free and available, generally, speedy and dependable, the quality of which may depend on your device’s reception and its distance from the router. The bathroom has a wide shower area, its sanitary equipment and fittings are of the brand (Ideal Standard), white towels of two different sizes are included. A water pipe is available next to the toilet instead of the bidet. (please do not dispose of the toilet paper in the toilet, it will cause major blockage). An electric water heater is turned on by the button next to the bathroom’s light button. The theme, lighting and ambiance are designed to suite all tastes; comfortable and elegant. Security cams, intercom and locked entrances are ensured for your security. Main doors to the building are equipped with an electronic keypad instead of keys. Other things to note A) To ensure your comfort, we are very strict about our house rules, we are serious about our no party policy. We do not accept big or frequent gatherings; these events have proven to cause trouble to other tenants. The neighborhood is conservative and we are respectful of that. This place may not be suitable for loud people or those of the habit of frequently receiving friends. Moreover, this is a family building, marriage certificates are kindly requested from couples. B) Upon your reservation, you will be sent an electronic location of the building together with a file entailing a map of the area, important contacts and general information, like useful apps and directions. C) Instant maintenance is available by our fulltime janitor, if the issue requires a contractor, we may need some time to serve you. D) Gas bottles and fresh drinking water are sold at cost through the Janitor.
