Charming 94 m² cottage ideally located in Gâtine Poitevine between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and Marais Poitevin. Feel free to visit the "osez la Gâtine" website to get an overview of our region. Sensitive to Heritage and ecology, we had to try different recipes for plasters, paints and tips that we will be happy to share with you if you wish. The space Wishing to share a preserved environment, we have recently renovated, within our imposing 17-18th century building, a cottage with a private entrance and garden. You will appreciate the comfort of ecological restoration and old stones. This cottage has a bedroom with shower and sink (160 bed, latex mattress), a second bedroom with bunk beds (latex mattress), a bathroom with toilet On the ground floor, an entrance hall with toilet and closet, a living room with open kitchen and a large living room of 32 m². Outside, parking for vehicles, bike storage, garden furniture, barbecue and access to a 2 ha green space. Guest access This gîte, located in the west wing of the building, is reserved exclusively for you. Other things to note ► Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge (I try as much as possible to make the beds for your arrival) ► Has 2 adult and child bicycles of different sizes ► This old house stays naturally temperate in summer ► We leave you some wood for the mild winter flames. ► To avoid disturbing the tranquility of the surrounding wildlife and to make it easier to maintain the vacation rental, we have decided not to accept dogs or cats, except for service animals (please contact us). Secure ► parking within the property accessible to trucks ► Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests, cleaning products are provided.
