Charming 94 m² cottage ideally located in Gâtine Poitevine between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and Marais Poitevin. Feel free to visit the "osez la Gâtine" website to get an overview of our region. Sensitive to Heritage and ecology, we had to try different recipes for plasters, paints and tips that we will be happy to share with you if you wish. The space Wishing to share a preserved environment, we have recently renovated, within our imposing 17-18th century building, a cottage with a private entrance and garden. You will appreciate the comfort of ecological restoration and old stones. This cottage has a bedroom with shower and sink (160 bed, latex mattress), a second bedroom with bunk beds (latex mattress), a bathroom with toilet On the ground floor, an entrance hall with toilet and closet, a living room with open kitchen and a large living room of 32 m². Outside, parking for vehicles, bike storage, garden furniture, barbecue and access to a 2 ha green space. Guest access This cottage located in the west wing of the building is reserved exclusively for you. You will have access outside to a suitable outlet for charging your electric car. An accessible meter will indicate your consumption at the end of your stay, which will be charged to you at the current EDF electricity rate. Other things to note ► Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge (I try as much as possible to make the beds for your arrival) Free ► Little Nature Workshops on request (children aged 5-11) 2 adult bikes and children's bikes of different sizes► are available ► This old house remains naturally temperate in summer ► We leave you wood for the gentle winter blazes. In ► order not to disturb the tranquility of the surrounding wildlife and to facilitate the maintenance of the cottage, we've decided not to accept dogs and cats except in exceptional cases (contact us) Secure ► parking within the property accessible to trucks ► Guests are responsible for cleaning, household products are provided.
