Petrick's 3 Bedroom Villa at Ashvem Beach

This is our 3 bedroom traditional Goan style beach villa on Ashvem beach. Beach is right outside the house (across the road) and the villa is designed to given a traditional Goan vibe. Sunset destination is perfect place for your vacation in Goa.A perfect holiday home for beach lovers. sea view balcany The space Villa is nicely designed with Goan traditional and build to give calming effect. Spacious 3 bedroom villa, All rooms are aircondition . Kitchen is fully equipped with the utensils. Bathroom with shower and instant hot water, one balcony with sea view( 3 meter by one and half meter). Down balcony don't have sea view. One toilet on first floor for two ac room and one toilet on ground floor. We live just near to property and we are always happy to help or advise our guests if it is needed. In front of the house there is road, there are few shopes and than the beach. There are scooter, bike and car rental available for fast and convenient transportation. Though most of the places are easily accessible by foot and taxi. Note : When you cook your own food... We are not responsible for the cleaning of the utensils. Parking by the road. There are small old construction outside the house , we use as store. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire villa. Other things to note Guest must carry a copy of their Govt Id card and submit at the time of check in
