Second room has twin size bed with a stored twin air mattress also for use. All appliances are standard in size and updated. Back yard has propane grill with tank available for use on outdoor patio. Use it clean it and replace fuel for next guests. The home is located in a quiet area of the historical Mark Twain Forrest on a 5 acre Mobile home court own by one owner for the last 20 years. We do our best to provide comfort and affordable home away from home. There is a mini split there to supplement heat and air along with fans and a window unit all for guest comfort. Please keep in mind to keep the furnace set no lower than 72 and no higher than 78 and the mini split within 2 degrees of the furnace to assure efficiency. Guest access Guest can park as close as to the front door of the premises and full acess to the home. Other things to note An access code will be provided for entry on the morning of arrival.
