Beautiful annex in a peaceful garden, near to the chic restaurants and cafés of trendy North Hobart. The tastefully decorated double bedroom has lots of natural light, a double bed, a private en suite and breakfast facilities. Outside is a gorgeous terrace and garden, with comfy outdoor furniture, awnings to protect from the rain and sun, a gas grill, and a shared utility room. This is the perfect place to unwind while you explore the city and enjoy the delights of Tasmania. The space The annex is attached to my home. However, there is private access through the side gate with a path that leads to the terrace and annex. Kitchen appliances include a kettle, microwave, toaster and small fridge. There's free on-street parking, and the room has a TV. There is a shared, outdoor utility room with a washing machine, fridge, clothes drier.
