Lovely apartment just outside Caprile (BL), a little mountain village in the heart of the Dolomites, only few kilometers from Alleghe. Enjoy the view of few of the most amazing peaks in the world directly from the private terrace. If you are looking for a relaxing experience in the Dolomiti mountains, this house is perfect for you. You can enjoy exploring the mountains, as well as skiing at the best ski resorts in the area. The space The apartment is surrounded by a terrace with a view of the Dolomiti and a table that sit six. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a big table, two bedrooms and living room with a sofa, two big confortable lounge chairs and TV set. There is one bathroom with bathtub and shower and a washing machine. It's perfect for families, for a group of friends or for a romantic escapes in the mountain. There is also a dedicated storage room for your skis and boots. THE USE OF THE FIREPLACE IN THE APARTMENT IS NOT ALLOWED. Guest access Available to the guest is a BBQ in a common area outside the apartment Other things to note You need to pay stay taxes to the Alleghe municipality; it's 1€ x day x person for the first 15 days consecutive. Usually, you pay it to me and I pay the municipality. Children up to the age of thirteen years of age are exempt from that tax. The stay tax has been introduced by the municipality of Alleghe with the municipal regulations no. 35 of the 01.10.2015 and confirmed with no. 27 of the 26.07.2017 and is finally coming into force on 01.11.2017.
