Lithies Organic Farm - Villa Ampeli

Villa Ampeli is a stone house locate at the heart of our organic farm. It offers a breathtaking view of our neighbor pine forest and the Ionian Sea. Here you will find the epitome of Zakynthian architecture, combining tradition with comfort. Villa Ampeli offers four-bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 persons over two floors. There are three large verandas. The front veranda located on the south-east offers a peaceful view of the olive grove, ideal for your morning coffee. The space The rear veranda, located on the north-west offers unique view of the pine forest and the Ionian Sea. The third veranda is located on the top floor and offers an idyllic 360ο view over the Vassilikos village. Ampeli welcomes you with big and bright living area. From there you have access to the dinning area with an open kitchen with access to the rear veranda. On the ground floor there is also a master bedroom with an enclose bathroom. Through the staircase, you have access to the second floor with the three bedrooms and a big bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with double or king size beds. There is an air-condition in each bedroom. There is ample of private outdoor spaces including a BBQ which our guests are welcome to use. Villa Ampeli is ideal for big families or group of friends looking spend their time in one of the most prime locations of the Zakynthian countryside. Ampeli, from the Greek word “Αμπέλι,” means vineyard, a symbol deeply woven into Greek heritage and the rhythms of nature. Associated with growth, connection to the land, and the timeless cycle of harvest, the name evokes abundance, rootedness, and the quiet poetry of life unfolding with purpose. Other things to note Lithies agro-houses have a whole range of special activities on offer for our guests. You can watch how we make honey and if you are staying with us at the correct season you can also see how we produce our special olive oil and wine. We are happy to show you how these products are made and explain our techniques to you. We always have these delicious products for you to try (and enjoy of course!) and they are exceptional quality being homemade. They also make excellent souvenirs or gifts to take home. Lithies houses are situated in a stunning forest area perfect for hiking and walking. We are located only 800m away from a beach where u can play beach voley or go on organised Scuba diving excursions. The beautiful natural scenery, pretty flowers and other fauna are well worth seeing. There is a range of walks to do and we have maps on offer for our guests showing suggested routes.
