This quiet condominium has a gorgeous view from the back patio with grill. It's close to I-75. A popular unit for travelling workers. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There's a full-size washer and dryer in the separate laundry room. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and two large closets. There's a sitting/sun room off the bedroom that has an outside door and window to the back patio with the mountain view. This room has a twin bed set up as a day bed. You'll have plenty of linens for the kitchen, bed, and bathroom. There is a generous starter supply of toilet tissue, facial tissue, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and other supplies. Cleaning supplies also provided. Guest access Guests have access to the private community pool (in season), tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Other things to note Please note this condo is ONLY for stays longer than 30 nights due to community restrictions. There are TWO parking spaces available - additional vehicles are not permitted. Condo association does not allow boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles (such as work trucks with tools and equipment and/or company labeling) to be parked on the property. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON PROPERTY: including in condo, patio, hallways, and parking lot. Business reservations: Corporations are welcome to book on behalf of employees. For security and good communication, all adult guests must have a free Airbnb account and be invited to the reservation.
