Walk the secret garden pathway to your private 2-bedroom, 1-bath, kitchenette retreat. The space is clean, airy, tasteful, charming, with wooden floors, lovely linens, and restful colors. Convenient public transportation to downtown Denver and light rail is just outside the door. Welcome to your retreat in the city! We are LGBTQ+ friendly. The space A flagstone pathway leads to the private entrance opening into the first room--firm memory-foam queen bed and well-stocked kitchenette (microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, dishes and utensils, light breakfast fixings) with eating area. This room opens onto a hallway leading to the second bedroom--two comfortable twin beds and lots of storage--as well as the full bath, including tub with shower. While the apartment is part of our home, we have made it completely private and separate from the part of the house we live in. Guest access The apartment is private and separate from our part of the house and is completely self-contained with its two bedrooms, full bath, and kitchenette. Other things to note We cherish our home and work hard to make the apartment a delightful place for you to come "home" to during your visit. Because it is our home, we naturally assume and expect that guests will be respectful of the apartment and its furnishings. This includes our absolute rule of not accepting smokers. Period. This is more than a "no smoking" rule--no smokers. Do NOT book with us if anyone in your group is a smoker. Also, in light of the current pandemic, we have added an additional, important requirement: Do NOT book with us if you are a group of three or more unrelated individuals, because of the greater risk of exposure to the Corona virus. Thank you for respecting this new requirement. We have two dogs who are usually quiet--except when someone is at the front door. They are never allowed into the apartment, even when it is unoccupied.
