We built the house ourselves in 2015, and the 89 m2 is very conveniently furnished. The kitchen is connected to the living room, which is divided into a dining area and a living area. There are three bedrooms with two beds/double beds. In addition, there is a large loft with three mattresses and a guest house with two beds. There is no electricity in the guest house, so it does not count as a room, but you are welcome to use it for overnight stays. In the garden there are two terraces. There is Wi-Fi and TV, but only with Danish public service channels. There is a heat pump for heating. Under no circumstances should it be used as air conditioning, as it will break down due to the ceiling height. Unlike office houses, there is salt and pepper, oil, spices, cleaning supplies, etc. that you can use. There are duvets and pillows for 9 people. You must bring your own towels, bed linen, cloths, etc. We expect you to clean up and remove waste, etc., when you leave the house. Parking is available on the property. It is about 1 km to Dronningmølle beach via a field path and about 1 km to shopping (Netto). Guest access You have the whole house to yourselves. Other things to note Regarding allergies. It is not allowed to bring pets into the house, but dogs and cats come into the house. The house is only rented for holiday stays and not for long-term rentals. The house can be rented for a maximum of 25 consecutive days.
