Located in the heart of the Bigouden country, on the waterfront, come and discover my Loft-style apartment by the sea at the port of Loctudy. Its layout and glass roof will give you beautiful light throughout the day. Its 83 m2 surface area, independent entrance and two bedrooms make it an ideal place for a couple or family vacation. Located in the center of the fishing port, you will find nearby beach, fishmonger, creperie, restaurants, market on Tuesday... The space The apartment was completely restored in 2020 and furnished in a loft style with its glass roofs, its 52 m2 living room and its furniture sourced from here and elsewhere. It is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. Guest access The apartment has public parking spaces located right in front of the apartment. Other things to note The rate does not include bed linen, house linen or cleaning. Cleaning is your responsibility: tidying + cleaning of the toilet/bathroom/floors + emptying the garbage cans in the containers. For bed linen and towels, however, I can make them available to you for a fee of €10/person for the duration of the stay, then you will have to drop them off in the bathroom baskets once the stay is over. The apartment is also equipped with a baby bed, it is located in the bedroom with the 2 single beds.
