Our house is located in the heart of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, about 10 minutes walk from the beach. It is only a few steps from the old town. Several wine cellars in the vicinity invite you to visit them. You can discover a lot of churches and historical buildings within a few minutes walk. This hostel is the result of many trips around the world. Two of its owners, Carmen and Ludger, searched for the perfect location and found it in the heart of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, on the banks of the Guadalquivir River. The result is a small hostel with 9 rooms. The Casa de las Especias takes you on an unforgettable journey and makes your stay a special experience. Sanlúcar de Barrameda is located on the eastern bank of the Guadalquivir River, just before it flows into the Atlantic. The small town will spoil you with a wealth of historical buildings, beautiful churches and a variety of culinary delights. The national park "Parque Nacional Doñana" on the opposite bank of the river is one of the most important nature reserves in Spain.
