Modern studio located in an old house in the historic center of Coredo, newly renovated and equipped with all amenities, with a splendid view of the Dolomites and the entire valley. My family and I will welcome you personally and will be at your disposal The space You enter from a common entrance, go down a few steps and enter the house consisting of a small sleeping area with a double bed and a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a balcony with a spectacular view of the Brenta Dolomites. Near the building there is a private parking lot available to guests, while for bicycles and motorcycles there is a small indoor garage available Other things to note The tourist tax of €1 per night per person is mandatory, up to a maximum of 10 nights. Children under 14 years of age are excluded from the payment of this tax. Extra services: - WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER: we have a small laundry room for private use, on request you can use it at a cost of €5 per wash/dry, you will also find drying racks available. - CLEANING: in the laundry room, you will find brooms, dustpans, and electric brooms in case you need them, especially for longer stays. - FRIDGE/FREEZER: the fridge/freezer inside the apartment is not very large, but in the laundry room you will find a fridge/freezer available to guests. We recommend marking your products to avoid exchanges. - BABY COT: if you are traveling with a baby and need a cot, please let us know in advance, the cost is €10 if you also need linen, otherwise it is free - BIKE PARKING: you can leave your bikes in the entrance hall or in the garage; the place is safe but if you consider it necessary you can also tie them - ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING: inside the small private garage there is a domestic charging station that can be used to charge your vehicle at a cost of €0.50/kWh - There is no TV, but there is everything you need if you want to bring your own. Alternatively, if you let us know in advance, we can provide one at a cost of €30 for the entire period of your stay. SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION In the apartment you will find the bins for dry (green) and organic (brown) waste that you can empty into the larger containers in the garage (door to the right in the entrance hall). Here you will also find the bins for recyclable materials divided into: - plastic and light packaging (no bottles) - plastic bottles and flasks - glass - cans, aluminum - paper and cardboard NB: if in doubt, you can ask or leave the bag on the ground, we will take care of sorting it, the important thing is that the various containers are cleaned of the contents.
