Cozy Berkeley Tiny House in Amazing Neighborhood

Our 200 sq ft tiny house is a perfect Berkeley retreat. It is walking distance to BART into San Fran. (1 mile), Cal campus (1 mile), Gourmet Ghetto (world-class cuisine), Berkeley Rose Garden, and the Berkeley Marina (1.5 miles). You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, and the coziness (it's a tiny house!). It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. We have 2 queen size beds including one in a relaxing loft space The space The tiny house is a separate small space, 200 total square feet, located in the back of the main residence. There is a shower, loft bed (please note the loft ceiling is low for those who don't like tight spaces) , Murphy bed and kitchenette in the house. We share a portion of the backyard. The tiny house has a private gated entrance and separate patio. The space was inspired by the tiny house movement. We hope to provide a lovely, relaxing space that fills all the needs of our guests. Guest access Guests have access to the tiny house through a separate gated entrance. Guests will also have access to a small patio in the backyard, a bike rack to store their bikes, and a barbecue for grilling. Parking is available along the street. There is ample street parking. There is also a charging unit available in the driveway for your EV if needed. Other things to note The Tiny House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so guests will need to be conscientious of their noise level.
