Two story house, garden, access to sea-mountain

My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti to village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are available for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house offers accommodation to 6 people. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. It has access to nature beauty through a footpath. The space There is a garden where guests and especially children can play safely. The location is suitable for reaching by car in seconds all the beautiful beaches on this side of Sithonia and it's 8 minutes on foot from the nearest and quietest beach "Elia". In July and August, you can avoid the big crowd of famous beaches thanks to the distance. At 100m from the house a footpath begins that guides you through a wonderful trip into woods for 35 minutes to a location called "Agios Paulos". This route ends to the traditional village of "Parthenonas". The villages of Nikiti and Neos Marmaras are in about 10 minutes by car and they provide enerything you want in supplies and entertainment. Guest access Guests have access to the whole yard of the houses provided they do not disturb the house next door. Each house has one (1) parking lot and spare cars can be parked in a place outside of the fenced off plot. Every parking place corresponds to each house. Other things to note From 1/1/2024 onwards, a climate change resilience fee has been introduced in Greece. The relevant law requires that it be collected from guests upon their arrival and paid directly to the state by the hosts. For houses larger than 80 sq m, which is the case of the house you will rent, the fee is 15 euros per day (I will inform you by message one week before arrival). Upon payment, you will receive your receipt in accordance with the law. For reservations made after 10/05/2025, the amount of the resilience fee, according to Airbnb's current policy, is incorporated into the rental price of the home.
