With the added bonus of super fast broadband it makes a perfect workplace for those wanting to work remotely and offers great transportation links though the rail and road network. RELAXING The apartment boasts all modern features that makes this the ideal place to relax after a day out exploring the countryside or working hard, so kick back on the sofa and indulge in your favourite show via the multiple options on the 50” Smart HD TV. EATING There’s so many cuisine choices on offer in the vicinity but if you’d prefer to eat in, no problem, there’s a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need prepare your meals. The dining table will comfortable seat 4 guests. The added convenience of single use refreshments are provided to help you settle in to your new home away from home. SLEEPING At the end of a hard day - working or relaxing - you’ll love to fall into the comfy king size bed, dressed with fresh hotel quality linen. Please note: Travel cots are available on request but please provide your own bedding if required. FRESHENING UP There’s a bathroom with a shower over as well as a separate toilet and sink, all modern and fully featured. Towels and toiletries provided. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. Other things to note We would like to note that the windows cannot be open, however the inner ventilation system provides clean and fresh air throughout the apartment. Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb. My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products. Check-in time is usually after 3 pm and check-out time is usually before 11 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
