Small townhouse with that of the owners near Saint-Lary-Soulan and Val Louron, facing south. Located in a typical quiet and sunny village to spend a good vacation. Magnificent view of the mountains and the resort of Saint Lary. Azet is ideally located with Saint Lary 6 km away, the resort of Val Louron 10 minutes away, Spain 35 minutes away. We are between the Aure Valley and Louron which allows access to various activities (skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, paragliding, numerous walks...) The space Accommodation for 4, but 2 adults and 2 children, not 3 or 4 adults. Surface area of about 40 m2 with on the ground floor an open kitchen on the living room, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and on the first floor the bedroom with on one side a 140 bed and on the other a 2x90 drawer bed. The accommodation is for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, not 4 adults). Closed terrace with garden furniture. Very sunny and quiet village Other things to note We have a restaurant in the village, La Bergerie, with very good value for money (14 euros for lunch and dinner except on Sundays)
