The sea in the hills

This is the accommodation where we usually spend our holidays, and the decor reflects this affection for the objects that are there. It is located in a condominium surrounded by a park. Levanto is an excellent holiday choice in all seasons: diving, surfing, boat trips, more or less demanding bike rides, a nice 10 km waterfront route for running, hiking on the trails of the Cinque Terre Park. The space The apartment is on the ground floor and the terrace in the front directly overlooks a garden: our natural umbrella is a maritime pine! Bordering the pine forest upstream, the temperature is always very pleasant even in the middle of summer. On stormy days, you can therefore spend hours outdoors without necessarily going down to the village. It consists of a large living room and a bedroom. It is outside the village but at a distance that can be reached on foot. The condominium has a small SWIMMING POOL that is generally open from the end of June to mid-September. (Ask for more detailed information on the opening calendar, which varies from year to year.) The TENNIS court is available upon reservation and payment of a small fee to the caretaker. Our apartment is not suitable for people with motor deficits as from the parking lot to the house you need to walk a paved path but uphill and with stairs. The route takes approximately 4 minutes. Please also read "guest access" and "other details to note" below. Guest access The house is located just outside the village. If you are not in the car, you need to take an uphill road to get there. The condominium is located on the first curve going up from Levanto. In any case, I will send you the phone number for the taxi service. The swimming pool is open from the end of June to mid-September. Due to ever-changing health restrictions, guest access may be restricted. Ask about the situation before booking. Tennis is available upon reservation and payment of a fee to the caretaker. Other things to note At the time of check-in, the tourist tax of the municipality of Levanto of €4.50 for each guest will be paid in cash. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven.
