【100 minutes from Tokyo】 A modern Japanese house

This is a modern Japanese house where you can stay as if you were living there. A place where you can be freed from daily stress and cleanse your soul. This building is nestled in the middle of a mountain surrounded by mountains and rice fields. You can spend a quiet time with your family, friends, lover, and loved ones in a modern Japanese private house with a nostalgic feel. The space Entrance (8 tatami mats): You can see the architectural structure with its thick beams. Living/kitchen: A Japanese atmosphere with exposed beams. The tables, chairs, tableware, interior decorations, etc. are from craft production areas in Chiba prefecture and across the country. They will make you live up to the atmosphere during your stay. There are many books about folk crafts and arts, and Okinawa on the bookshelf. Please feel free to read them. In winter, the wood stove must make you relax while enjoying the view from the window. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, toaster oven, various pots and pans, kettles, knives, cutting boards, and other cooking utensils. Basic seasonings (sugar, salt, pepper, sake, soy sauce, sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, etc.) are also provided. 2 bedrooms (Japanese-style room 8 tatami mats, annex): The Japanese-style room has 2 mattresses and futons, and the annex has 2 beds. The Japanese-style room and annex can accommodate 2 people each, for a total of 4 people. Extras are available for additional request (extras will be made of simpler materials than the basic ones). *Please bring your own pajamas. Bathroom: Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Bath towels and face towels are also provided. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom and a washlet in the toilet. (Toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, etc. are not provided, so please bring your own.) Open-air bath: There is an open-air bath in a corner of the backyard. And anyone who wishes taking a bath for free. The wooden bathtub which makes you enjoy the seasonal natural scenery, the starry sky, the sounds of living creatures, and other elements of your senses, has been well received by our guests. *Only the body soap provided, You can use it in the open-air bath. *Washing machines and dryers are not provided. There is a coin laundry about a 5 minute drive away. *The tatami room does not have air conditioning or heating. We can lend you an electric fan in the summer and a stove in the winter upon request. Guest access ・No smoking on the premises. Please note that if we find you smoking or if we find that you have been smoking, you may be asked to leave. ・The host's living area is separated by a wall from the guest space, but you can use the space except for when checking in and out, experiencing attractions, or responding to contact from guests. ・The neighboring house is about 200 meters away, but if you speak loudly or listen to music so loud, the noise will echo quite a bit in the quiet surroundings easily. Please be mindful of common sense. ・We will not allow any guests other than planning to stay regardless of the reason. When any guest other than your reservation enters the inn's premises, we will assume that they intend to stay at the inn and will charge an additional fee on the spot. ・If you damage any property at the facility, either indoors or outdoors, we will charge you a fee depending on the circumstances. ・There are three parking spaces in the premises. Other things to note ・If you find bugs and insects, just let us know and we will come and get rid of them, but if just looking at them makes you feel sick, it might be better to cancel your stay here with us. ・After your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you by using the message function.
