Cozy Family friendly Quiet home!

South Tampa gem in a very quiet smoke free family friendly area with warm new beautiful decor to welcome you into a cozy private home. A renovated ranch style home with modern amenities to make you feel right at home. Centrally located within a few miles of everything. Adults and families only! Please no groups, celebrations, parties and marijuana smokers. We have smoke detectors inside and outside and we wouldn't want to disrupt your visit but we will! W/D Available upon request. The space This is a 1950s home that was renovated a few years ago. It has hardwood through out the home and tile in the bathrooms. The house is about 1500sqf with an open kitchen and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub and the other one is a walk in shower. Please note that there is no ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. - Must drive SLOW SLOW on street, There are pedestrians, pets and children on the street and cops are always ticketing. - The backyard is a great space to relax. Please be considerate of our neighbors when enjoying the yard and quiet hours after 9pm. - NO SMOKING MARIJUANA - NO DRUGS of any kind - NO PARTIES and unregistered guests will result in IMMEDIATE cancellation without a refund! If you are having a celebration and would like to be outside and have a noisy group, please let us know and we can accommodate you else where as we hate to disrupt gatherings. Guest access The entire house is accessible except the garage which will be locked and the door code will be provided in order to use the washer and dryer. We keep the garage door closed since the garage has some personal stuff and not child friendly . Other things to note Please DO NOT park on the street and the driveway is large enough for 2 cars. Street parking will result in towed cars, if you have more cars, please confirm with me first. Washer Dryer in locked Garage and you have 100% free access, just let me know you need to the door code. Garage door is locked since it has my personal stuff and there is a camera inside there. Traveling with Little Ones? We offer Pack 'n Plays and high chairs for your convenience, available upon request for $45 per unit per stay. Let us know in advance, and we’ll have them ready for your arrival! 😊👶
