This stand alone bungalow was designed in a Caribbean flare to boost rejuvenation and harmony for your body and mind! If you need a vacation not too far from home, this is the place for you! The space Come experience the Tennessee Tropics and forget where you are after stepping into the spacious island themed Bungalow. An escape from ordinary life, this studio bungalow was designed as a sanctuary for your body as well as your mind. The bungalow is a Solar powered property and conveniently located minutes off I-75 and easily accessible from the north or south. Inside you will find a comfy queen size bed with soft linens to comfort you. The restroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head, fresh towels, and my personal favorite spa toiletries. The furniture is cozy and has a sleepable futon for one more if needed. Step out through your glass door to your own enclosed, PRIVATE, indoor 19-foot hot tub spa and lap pool surrounded by tropical foliage, bamboo blinds, a raised fireplace and comfortable lounging furniture all completely inside out of weather. Melt away with jets and lounging seats to massage your aches and pains. The lap pool can be used to swim, stretch, row, relax and enjoy. Adjust the jets to create the water resistance you desire. The pool also has LED lighting, an audio system and dual temperature controls. The pool water and patio areas are constantly maintained for cleanliness and chemical balance. Back inside you find your coffee station, packaged breakfast and snacks, coffee, teas and drinks in the refrigerator. There is a full small kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and spices all ready to whip up something special. There is also a gas grill right outside the sliding door. All areas, as well as linens and blankets, are thoroughly cleansed and sanitized. There is an armoire to situate your clothes and closet for hanging. This property has gated, secured access by remote to guests and hosts only to ensure your privacy! A lockbox outside the gate will give you a remote to operate the gate and house key. The bungalow is adjacent to my home and husband’s business, parking is available at no cost for large vehicles. Every amenity has been carefully thought of, but if you have a special need, please reach out! This bungalow was our escape from everyday life but now we want others to enjoy it. Come stay and find your own slice of paradise and let your mind wander, daydream, and give your body the therapy it desires! Guest access After accessing the property with a lockbox, enter through the gate, follow the sign and bear right around the bungalow to the back and park by the blue chairs. Bungalow entrance is the patio door between the blue chairs! You have the entire living and outdoor spaces for your use! The gate and driveway are also exclusively yours!
