Tezzanonove loft

The house has been entirely renovated, it extends it on 2 levels each of which has its own bathroom. It's very cosy with wood beams to sight that together with the insert in iron they make it a perfct industrial style loft. On the top floor the matrimonial bedroom with bathroom, furnished of a great shower.Downstairs a lovely handicraft made kitchen with table and chairs.There's an elegant bathroom on this floor too. The space Endowed with every comfort, it has airconditioning on both floors, Wi-fi and Netflix. In the bathrooms you will find a bio handmade courtesy kit by a sicilian company,hairdryer, slippers and towels. The queen size bed is endowed with non-allergenic mattress. You can get a crib for free on request. In the kitchen you have electric oven, microwave, plain induction cooking, Nespresso machine and american coffee machine too. A lovely living room has been drawn next with smart Netflix TV and a comfortable couch. Guest access Whole house. Other things to note -City tax: Tax must be paid cash at the check in, it's € 1 per day per person. It must be paid during the first 3 days of your stay. Younger than 18 years old are city tax free. -Cleaning: If you stay more than 5 days you could get an extra cleaning with sheets and towels change too for an extra cost of €10, to be paid cash at the check out. -Laundry: Extra service for payment. Just put your clothes for washing in the bags you'll find in the wardrobe, we will collect them and give them back to you on the arranged time. -Sofa bed: In case you make reservation for 2 people and you want to sleep on separated beds, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance please; in this case you will have an extra cost of €10 to be paid at check in.
