The space Towards the right of the gazebo, you’ll find the first structure that comprises 4 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms). 1 bedroom is attached to the living room on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are on the first floor and the 4th bedroom is on the second floor. There is 1 powder room in the first living room. The first level also opens into an indoor Games Room fully equipped with numerous games such as Billiards, Carrom, Table tennis, foosball. As you walk across the larger-than-life swimming pool and an outdoor bar, you’ll find another structure with 4 bedrooms, and a living room space which opens up to the pool .There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom except one on the first floor. There is a common washroom adjacent to the bedroom for guest use. The first floor of this villa offers an aesthetic reading corner with a vast selection of novels and a quaint study room for those last-minute meetings. The attic offers a comfy home theater to enjoy movie time with your loved ones. We kindly request that loud music, musical events, or any other functions are strictly prohibited within the premises of this villa. This policy is in place to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents around. Guest access Guest can access the villa and the open spaces. We want our guest to enjoy their stay in a relaxed way. We have a great chef at the villa and hence the kitchen access is denied. However, parents of infants or small children will have limited access to boil milk or prepare their kids' meals. Other things to note Our 7 bedroom villa can host up to 21 guests, additional occupancy beyond 14 guest (Base occupancy 14 ) would be charged at 2500+GST per Adult (12 years & above), Per day & 1800+GSt per child (6 - 11years) per day. From our specially curated Signature menu, we provide healthy home-cooked meals, Lunch , Dinner and breakfast are provided at an additional charge. Jain, Veg meals are priced at 2000+GST per adult, per day and 1400+GST per child(6-11years) per day. Non Veg meals are priced at 2200+GST per adult, per day and 1800+GST per child(6-11years) per day. *Seafood and mutton dishes (subject to availability) can be served at an additional cost which is payable at actuals. *Wood-fire food prep, barbecue and bonfire are currently unavailable due to monsoons. In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hrs of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown.
