The space The traditional wooden house is located on the edge of the forest on the 12,000 square meter Sovinjak estate, in the Medvednica Nature Park, in the heart of nature. The house is 90 square meters in size with 4+2 beds, and a crib is also available. The house consists of a living room with a dining room and kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a bedroom and a bathroom in the basement. In the heating season, a wood-burning fireplace and electric underfloor heating in the bathroom are used. Free Wi-Fi and TV are available in the house. In front of the house there is a 12-square-meter terrace with a table for 6 people and a beautiful view of the lake/pool, the estate and the eastern part of Medvednica. Guest access The property has a 400 square meter lake, suitable for swimming and fun in the summer, the maximum depth of the lake is 180 cm, next to the lake there is a sunbathing area and a pier.
