Three recently-remodeled upscale condos in Rosario, WA, on Orcas Island. You'll be staying at beautiful former hotel rooms with infinity bay views! Rental cars & local referral discounts. The space The rooms are recently-renovated former resort rooms. Even though we are located at Rosario Hillside within Rosario Resort, we are not affiliated with Rosario Resort & Spa and are privately-owned vacation rental condos, known as The Residences, the most upscale lodging on this side of the island. What many people don't know is that many hotel units used to be privately owned and rented through the resort. From day one, I chose to not structure rentals through the resort - I love my condos, stay here often, and prefer lower rental volume to guests from the trusted community vs. high volume of generic hotel guests. For you it means: a great deal, wonderful setup, and upscale ambiance, different from a hotel :) The rooms are recently remodeled, fully furnished, and freshly decorated. All rooms feature electric fireplaces, new TVs with streaming, blu-ray, DirectTV, Alexa Dots, FireTVs, luxury bedding, towels, home basics, mini-fridges, microwaves, and kitchen utensils. The brand-new kitchen has quartz countertops and high-end appliances, including a dishwasher and induction cooktop. The dining area features beautiful designer live-edge table, bench, and leather chairs. Two king beds, two queen beds, and a queen murphy bed will luxuriously sleep 5 people, very comfortably 8 people (2 per standalone bed), and comfortably 10 people (8 + 2 on the murphy bed). Full kitchen and coffee bar will allow you to eat in the comfort of the condo if you choose to do so (though you really should enjoy the island's amazing restaurants), and the trail to Cascade Lake and Moran State Park is right outside the condo's door. The three rooms in this listing can be locked from each other with sound-proofing double-doors, becoming three private hotel-style units. The condos' resort numbering is: Left = 2002, Center = 2004, Right = 2006: 2002 (Left “Sunset Room”): one king bed, bathroom, deck. 2004 (Center “Bayside Suite”): master king bedroom and large living room with a queen murphy bed, full kitchen, coffee bar, dining area, bathroom, and a huge deck. 2006 (Right “Lavender Room”): two queen beds, bathroom, deck. Each unit has a deck with phenomenal views, which I maintain through custom annual tree clearing. The rooms are wheelchair accessible and come with free parking. Walk to Rosario Mansion or Cascade Lake in minutes! Guest access Rosario Resort and Moran State Park: Enjoy late drinks or a late brunch at the Rosario Mansion and walk "home" in five minutes! The main trail to all the lakes, waterfalls, and the mountain starts literally at your doorsteps. Rosario's bar pool has wonderful views and setting, and Rosario's indoor pool, outdoor lap pool, and sauna require a $35 resort fee per person (resort availability & fees are subject to change per the resort policies; please check all details directly with Rosario Resort & Spa).
